Standard orders take 7–10 business days from the time we have your photo. Rush production is 4–5 business days for an extra $12.

That window covers everything: building your button, sending you a proof, one revision if you want a change, printing, pressing, and getting it in the mail or ready for pickup.

Two things pause the clock — we're waiting on your photo, or we're waiting on your proof approval. We'll nudge you if we haven't heard back.

Nothing gets printed until you say yes. Every order gets a digital proof by email showing exactly what your button will look like.

One revision is included free. Want their smile a little bigger, the number moved, different colors? Tell us and we'll redo it.

Additional revisions after the first are $5 each.

If we don't hear back from you within 5 business days, we'll follow up. We won't print without approval.

We build your button around the photo you send. Your player is cut out of the picture and placed into a designed layout — ball-leather background, team colors, their name, their number. Their face and uniform are unchanged; we don't redraw or invent any part of them. Every order gets a proof and one free revision before anything is printed.

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US. Sent by USPS with tracking, emailed to you when it ships. Prefer to collect in person? Free local pickup is available too.

We can't control the mail once it's handed over. If a package is delayed by the carrier we'll help you track it, and if it's lost we'll remake your order.

Free, in the Gulf Coast area. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll text you to arrange a time and place.

We'll work with almost any clear photo of your player. If we think yours won't turn out well, we'll tell you before we charge ahead — we'd rather ask for a different picture than send you something you're not happy with. See What makes a good photo.

We're parents too. We treat your kid's photo the way we'd want ours treated.

Your photo is used for one purpose only: making your order.

Photos are submitted through Tally, a third-party form service, and stored in our Tally account.

Payment and shipping details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

We collect only what we need to make and ship your order: your name, email, shipping address, and the details you give us about your player.

We never post a child's photo or their artwork publicly — not on this website, not on social media, not anywhere — without written permission from a parent or guardian. Every example on this site is either a demonstration design we made with a model photograph or a real customer design we have written permission to show.

When you upload your photo, the form asks you to confirm you're the player's parent or guardian, or that you have their parent's permission. That permission record is kept with your order.

We keep your photo for 90 days after your order ships, then delete it. That covers your proof, your free revision, and a reprint if anything goes wrong in production. If you want it deleted sooner, email ballparkbuttons@gmail.com and we'll confirm when it's done.

We don't sell, rent, or share your information or your photos with anyone.

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their photo at any time by emailing ballparkbuttons@gmail.com, and we'll confirm when it's done.

About logos and trademarks. We can use your team's colors freely — that's yours. We can't reproduce school, club, tournament, college, or professional team logos, mascots, or trademarked artwork without written permission from whoever owns them, and we don't use licensed characters at all. If your club is happy for us to use their logo, get it from them in writing and we'll gladly include it.

We reserve the right to decline any order we're not comfortable making.
