How long does it take?
7–10 business days from when we have your photo, including your proof and one revision. Rush is 4–5 business days for $12 more.
Is it a photo of my kid, or a drawing?
It's your real photo of your kid, cut out and built into a designed button — not a drawing, and not just your photo printed in a circle. Their face and uniform are exactly as you sent them. What we add is the background, the team colors, the name and the number.
Will it actually look like them?
Yes — it's their actual photo, so it looks exactly like them. You'll still see a proof before we print, and get one free revision if you want anything moved or changed.
What kind of photo do I need to send?
A regular phone photo. Face clearly visible, decent light, not from way across the field. That's it. If you're not sure yours will work, email it to us first and we'll tell you free. More on the photo tips page.
How big are the buttons?
3 inches across — big enough to see a face clearly from a few rows up in the bleachers, with a standard pin back.
Can you use our team logo?
Team colors, absolutely — send them and we'll match. Logos are different: school, club, tournament, and pro team logos belong to those organizations, and we can't reproduce them without written permission. Plenty of clubs will say yes if you ask. Get it in writing and we'll include it happily.
Can I pick them up in person instead of having them shipped?
Yes — free local pickup in the Gulf Coast area. Choose it at checkout and we'll text you to sort out a time.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us and we'll redo it. One revision is included with every order, and nothing gets printed until you approve your proof. If you cancel before approving, you get a full refund.
Can I get buttons for the whole team?
Yes, and that's usually the best value. The Roster Pack covers 20. For bigger orders, fundraisers, or a full tournament, get in touch and we'll quote it.
Can we get matching buttons for the whole family?
Yes, and it's the most popular thing we make. Order one player button and as many matching family buttons as you want — "Bailey's Mom", "Bailey's Grandma", whatever you need. They all use the same photo and the same design, so a Fan Pack or Team Pack can be a mix of player and family buttons.
How do I pay?
Card, through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do you keep my child's photo?
Only for 90 days, and only so you can reorder without sending it again. After that it's deleted. We never post a child's photo or artwork publicly without written permission from a parent or guardian. Full details in our privacy policy.
